GREYWhere this is going
What works today, what is being built, and what is only an intention. The three are kept separate on purpose.
Available now Shipping
On Samsung Tizen 6.5 and newer, in the current release.
Radio, visualiser
Directory search, your own stations and playlists, six visualisers, twenty-four scenes, artwork and lyrics.
The player
Channels, movies and series from the media sources you configure, with now and next, search across every channel, and continue watching.
Phone, tablet or laptop setup
Scan a code or open the companion page, edit your playlist on a real keyboard, and the television picks the change up in about a second.
Next up Being worked on
The immediate priorities. No dates, because a date given now would be a guess.
Bitcoin checkout
BTCPay Server is the current checkout route: unique hosted invoices, verified settlement and automatic fixed-term activation. The production switch remains subject to operating, country and tax-readiness gates.
Card payment through a Merchant of Record
A conventional card checkout is scheduled. The goal is a provider that acts as seller for the transaction and handles indirect tax, invoicing and payment disputes in the countries it supports.
Account recovery
Today a lost licence is sorted by writing to us, and we do answer. The goal is to make that self-service without forcing anyone to create an account they never wanted.
Under consideration Not started
Ideas we intend to explore. Nothing here is written, and nothing here is promised - it is listed so you can tell us which of it you actually want.
LG webOS and Android TV
The two we are asked about most. Both are planned and scoped - LG first, because it is closer to what we already have - but no code has been written for either yet, and nothing on this card is a release date.
A fuller guide
The EPG shows now and next. A longer listings view, and reminders, would be the natural next step if enough people want it.
More scene collections
Two come with the app today: Escape and Aura Drift. They set the mood without taking over the room, and we are exploring more carefully matched sets, with new places, colours and atmospheres for the screen to move through.
More languages
Sixteen today. If yours is missing, ask - the list grows based on who asks.
How this page is meant to be read
"Available now" is the only section describing software you can install and use today. "Being built" is work in progress with no delivery date attached. "Under consideration" is exactly that - an intention, not a commitment, and nothing on this page should be treated as a reason to buy. Buy GreyStream for what it does today.
Something you need that is not here? Tell us. A short email from a real user moves an item up this page faster than anything else.
