What to include

A problem with the app
Your television model and the year you bought it, the GreyStream version from the About panel, and what you were doing when it went wrong.
A channel or stream that will not play
Whether the source is a server login or an M3U link, and whether the same channel plays in another player. GreyStream does not supply channels, so a stream that fails everywhere is a question for whoever operates your source - but if it works elsewhere and not here, that is ours and we want to hear about it.
Billing, invoices or a refund
The order or receipt number. Our payment provider issues the receipt, so it comes from them and their name is what appears on your statement - write to us anyway and we will sort it out.
